The first rehearsals for Semi-Final One of the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 are now complete, how have the betting odds reacted.
There has been a minimal change with the betting odds following the first rehearsals for Semi-Final One. The only countries to have moved positions compared to pre-contest are Austria and Lithuania, with Lithuania falling 1 place and seeing its chance of qualifying drop by 2 percentage points.
The odds are now as follows (change since April 29):
- Ukraine – 93% (no change)
- Netherlands – 92% (+1%)
- Greece – 91% (+1%)
- Norway – 90% (no change)
- Albania – 81% (-1%)
- Armenia – 78% (+1%)
- Portugal – 76% (+2%)
- Moldova – 70% (+1%)
- Switzerland – 61% (-1%)
- Austria – 49% (+1 place, -1%)
- Lithuania – 48% (-1 place, -2%)
- Latvia – 47% (no change)
- Croatia – 34% (-1%)
- Iceland – 33% (-1%)
- Denmark – 22% (no change)
- Bulgaria – 18% (no change)
- Slovenia – 17% (no change)
There have been minor changes across the board with swings of 1% either way, while six countries have seen no change whatsoever. It will be interesting to see how the odds react when the press are allowed in to report fully on second rehearsals.
