The final version of the Czech entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 “Lights Off” has been released.

The Czech Republic has released its revamped entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin, Italy. The song has undergone changes to the production of the song and was first presented publicly during the Romanian national final on March 5. You can listen to the song now on all streaming platforms.

Ceska Televize has also announced that the music video for the Czech entry will be released later this week. The music video will make its debut on March 18, filming for the video took place last week in Prague.

We Are Domi were selected to represent the Czech Republic in Eurovision 2022 after winning ESCZ 2022. They received maximum points from the international jury and the international voters. The song was written by all three band members, alongside Einar Eriksen Kvaløy and Abi F Jones.

The Czech Republic first competed in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2007. They achieved their best result at the contest with Mikolas Josef coming 6th in Lisbon 2018 with the song “Lie to Me”. Gabriela Gunčíková took the Czech Republic to their first final in 2016, this was their first appearance in the grand final despite competing 4 times previously.
