Eurovision 2022 national final season continues as two countries reveal more of their national final entries.
- 10:00 to 11:00 CET – Ireland – Eurosong 2022 – Third song revealed
- 23:00 CET – Finland – UMK 2022 – Olivera song reveal
10:00 CET – Ireland – Third Eurosong 2022 Entry Revealed
The third entry for Eurosong 2022 will be played this morning between 10:00 and 11:00 CET on the Ryan Tubridy Show on RTÉ Radio 1. A total of six entries will compete on a special edition of The Late Late Show on February 4.
The entries released so far are:
- Rachel Goode – “I’m Loving Me”
- Brendan Murray – “Real Love”
The remaining three entries will be revealed once per day every day up until January 21. A total of 320 songs were submitted to RTÉ to represent Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin. This is the first time since 2015 that the public will be involved in choosing the Irish entry for Eurovision.
23:00 CET – Finland – UMK 2022 – Olivera song reveal
The fifth song competing in UMK 2022 will be revealed this evening at 23:00 CET. Olivera is set to compete with “Thank God I’m an Atheist”. The reveal will take place on the UMK YouTube account with the release of the official music video,
The UMK 2022 participants and entries are:
- Cyan Kicks – “Hurricane”
- BESS – “Ram pam pam”
- The Rasmus – “Jezebel”
- Younghearted – “Sun numero” (Your number)
- Olivera – “Thank God I’m an Atheist”
- Tommi Läntinen – “Elämä kantaa mua” (Life carries me)
- Isaac Sene – “Kuuma jäbä” (Hot dude)
Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu (UMK) 2022 will take place in the Logomo arena and conference centre in Turku, Finland’s sixth-largest city, on February 26.
