Tonight the Eurovision selection season commences with the X Factor Israel, while Georgiaโs Junior Eurovision selection reaches its semi-final.

The Eurovision 2022 selection season commences this evening as Israel begins its search for Turin.
The first show the X Factor Israel is broadcast this evening, tonightโs show will feature the first auditions which took place earlier this year. On the jury of the X Factor Israel are:
- Miri Mesika
- Ran Danker
- Netta โ Winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2018
- Margol
- Aviv Geffen
The entry that will represent Israel will be determined over a number of shows. Following the X Factor Israeli semi-final on Channel 13 a second semi-final will be broadcast later on KAN 11, where each contestant who made it to the final four will perform two original songs selected for them by the professional committee that listened to the submitted songs. Of the two songs, one song per artist will qualify for the final.

20:00 CET โ Georgia โ Ranina โ Semi-Final
Six singers return to the Ranina stage this evening all hoping to secure on of three places in next Saturdayโs final.
Six young singers are hoping to win over the judging panel this evening and secure a place in the final of Georgiaโs Junior Eurovision selection. Last week the six singers competing in the show this evening were chosen, the finalists and their combined score across the heats are:

- Datuna Luarsabishvili โ 478 points
- Gega Shonia โ 480 points
- Guga Nadiradze โ 479 points
- Keso Rusia โ 480 points
- Nikoloz Kajaia โ 480 points
