Norway has won the OGAE Second Chance Contest 2021 with “Monument” by KEiiNO. This was Norway’s fourth victory in the contest’s history. The host nation of Sweden finished second and Italy finished third.
The OGAE Second Chance has been held every year since 1987 among the national branches of OGAE, the official Eurovision fan club. Songs that did not win their country’s national selection are eligible to take part in the contest. Members of the fan clubs then vote for their favourite songs.
14 songs took part in this year’s contest. This was the lowest number of entries since 1995, when only nine songs participated.
The results of the 35th OGAE Second Chance Contest are as follows:

- Sweden: Eric Saade – “Every Minute” (353 points)
- Italy: Irama – “Il genesi del tuo colore” (326 points)
- Finland: Ilta – “Kelle mä soitan” (219 points)
- Croatia: Bernarda – “Colors” (163 points)
- France: Pony X – “Amour fou” (159 points)
- Lithuania: Gebrasy – “Where’d You Want to Go?” (141 points)
- Spain: Blas Cantó – “Memoria” (138 points)
- Israel: Eden Alene – “Ue La La” (119 points)
- Estonia: Jüri Pootsmann – “Magus melanhoolia” (106 points)
- Portugal: Neev – “Dancing in the Stars” (99 points)
- Albania: Era Rusi – “Zjarri im” (53 points)
- Denmark: Chief 1 & Thomas Buttenschøn – “Højt over skyerne” (35 points)
- Russia: Therr Maitz – “Future is Bright” (21 points)
Alongside the participating clubs, there were also guest juries voting in the contest. These guest juries are from countries that did not have a national selection for this year’s Eurovision Song Contest or did not take part in the contest at all. A total of 41 clubs voted in this year’s contest.
