🇭🇷 Croatia: Jasmin Wagner will Compete in the Free ESC With “Gold”

Croatia’s representative at the Free ESC has revealed that she will be performing her latest single “Gold”.

Jasmin Wagner is set to represent Croatia at the Free European Song Contest with her latest song “Gold”. The song which was released on April 20 comes from her upcoming album “Von Herzen”, the song has already had over 200,000 streams on Spotify since it was released.

Jasmin is a pop and dancer singer who is best known for performing under the stage name of Blümchen. She has a number of hits across Germany, Austria and Switzerland in the late 90s and in 2019 announced her comeback to the music industry. She is representing Croatia as her mother is originally from there.

Free ESC 2021

Steven Gätjen and Conchita Wurst will be hosting the Free European Song Contest 2021 on May 15. Including artists such as Amy MacDonald and Ben Dolic.

Debuting in the competition this year are; England, France, Greece, Scotland, and Slovenia. This means that the following countries will not be represented this year; Bulgaria, Denmark, Israel, Kazakhstan, and the United Kingdom.

The contest is being broadcast live on ProSieben in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The winner will be chosen by 100% televoting in the three countries above, while juries are voting in the remaining 13 countries.
