Tonight Slovenia reveals its entry for Eurovision 2021, while Sweden and Portugal continue their selections.
Sweden – Melodifestivalen – Semi-Final Four – 20:00 CET
Melodifestivalen continues in Sweden with seven more artists taking to the Stockholm stage.
The fourth and last Semi-Final of Melodifestivalen 2021 will take place tonight. Among the line-up are The Mamas, who return after winning Melodifestivalen last year. 2011 winner Eric Saade also returns to the competition this year.
Performing in Semi-Final Four is:
- Tess Merkel – Good Life
- LOVAD – Allting är precis likadant
- Efraim Leo – Best of Me
- The Mamas – In The Middle
- Sannex – All Inclusive
- Clara Klingenström – Behöver inte dig idag
- Eric Saade – Every Minute

Slovenia – EMA 2021 – 20:00 CET
The Slovenian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 will be revealed this evening during EMA 2021.
The final of EMA 2021 takes place this evening and will mark 60 years since the first Slovenian entry competed in the contest in 1961 as part of Yugoslavia. Ana Soklič has been internally to represent Slovenia, with her song selected by a jury formed of:
- Darja Švajger – Represented Slovenia at Eurovision 1995
- Vladimir Graić – Composer of “Molitva” the winner of Eurovision 2007
- Mojca Menart – Head of the publishing business of ZKP RTV Slovenija
- Matevž Šalehar – Musician and singer-songwriter

Portugal – Festival da Canção – Semi-Final One – 22:00 CET
Portugal’s Eurovision selection continues with the second of two semi-finals.
Ten acts are competing this evening for just five places in the final of Festival da Canção 2021 next weekend. The running order is as follows:
- Da Chick – “I Got Music”
- Tainá – “Jasmim”
- Ariana – “Mundo Melhor”
- EU.CLIDES – “VOLTE-FACE”
- Joana Alegre – “Joana do Mar”
- Pedro Gonçalves – “Não Vou Ficar”
- Ana Tereza – “Com Um Abraço”
- Carolina Deslandes – “Por Um Triz”
- Graciela – “A Vida Sem Acontecer”
- NEEV – “Dancing In The Stars”
The qualifiers will be selected by 50% public voting and 50% jury voting. The jury members are:
- Maria Carvalho – Winner Composer of Festival da Canção 2020
- NBC – Competed in Festival da Canção 2019 finishing second
- Paulo de Carvalho – Represented Portugal at Eurovision 1974
- Rita Carmo – Photographer
- Rita Guerra – Represented Portugal at Eurovision 2003
- Vanessa Augusto – Television presenter
Tania Ribas De Oliveira and Sónia Araújo are hosting the second semi-final on February 27. Lúcia Moniz who represented Portugal at the Eurovision Song Contest 1996 will be an interval act for the show. Watch the competition live here.
