Work is currently underway on the song that Seyran Ismayilkhanov will perform for Germany at the Turkvision Song Contest 2020.
Seyran Ismayilkhanov was in the recording studio this past weekend to work on his song for the 2020 Turkvision Song Contest. The title of the song that the German entrant will be performing has not yet been revealed.
The singer is working with Volkan Gucer who has been involved with the competition since 2014. On Germany’s debut in Kazan Volkan was the German juror awarding its highest marks in the final to Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Bulgaria, North Macedonia & Tatarstan.
In 2015 Volkan returned to the competition as the writer and producer behind the German entry ‘Sessiz Çiğlik’, the song went on to received the Special Jury Award.
Seyran has previous experience at contests of the scale of Turkvision having represented Azerbaijan at the Intervision Song Contest in 2008. He also competed in The Voice of Germany last year impressing the judges on the show.
