Switzerland are set to reveal their 2020 Eurovision Song Contest entry on March 4th.
Swiss broadcaster SRF have confirmed that they will be revealing their entry for the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest on Wednesday 4th March. A total of 515 songs were submitted into this years Swiss selection, with the overall quality of songs increasing over last years selection process.
To find their next entry, SRF used twenty one international jurors to aid their decision. Each juror has an existing link to the Eurovision Song Contest, having been either a juror, participant or songwriter.
The twenty one international jurors are:

- Pete Watsons (United Kingdom)
- Jennifer O’Brien (Ireland)
- Leonid Shyrin (Belarus)
- Sasha Saedi (Austria)
- Alexey Gross (Belarus)
- Adrienn Zsédenyi (Hungary)
- Anders Øhrstrøm (Denmark)
- Deivydas Zvonkus (Lithuania)
- Tinkara Kovač (Represented Slovenia at Eurovision 2014)
- Grzegorz Urban (Poland)
- Ovidiu Jacobsen (Represented Romania at Eurovision 2010 and 2014)
- Helga Möller (Represented Iceland at Eurovision 1986)
- Rafailas Karpis (Lithuania)
- Ruth Lorenzo (Represented Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014)
- Gordon Groothedde (The Netherlands)
- Einar Bardarson (Iceland)
- Henrik Johnsson (Sweden)
Switzerland was represented by Luca Hänni at the 2019 contest in Tel Aviv, Israel. With his song “You Got Me”, he finished 4th in the Grand Final.

Switzerland hosted the first Eurovision Song Contest in 1956 a contest that they won. Lys Assia won the first contest with the song “Refrain”, it wasn’t until 1988 that Switzerland would win the contest again. At the contest in Dublin, it was Celine Dion with “Ne partez pas sans moi” who beat the United Kingdom to victory by just 1 point. In 2019 Luca Hänni brought Switzerland their best result at the Eurovision Song Contest in 26 years. The singer who performed “She Got Me”, finished 4th in the Grand Final.
