Nadav Guedj who represented Israel at Eurovision 2015 is set to make an appearance during the Eurovision Song Contest.
“Golden Boy” Nadav Guedj will be making an appearance on stage at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019. The singer who represented Israel in 2015, and took the nation to their first final since 2010 will be performing an excerpt of “Golden Boy”.
Nadav is set to appear during the opening for the Grand Final of the competition, along with winners Netta and Dana International. As previously reported the final will open with a sequence that sees a giant plane land on the stage of the Eurovision Song Contest.
The plane will be piloted by Netta, the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2018. The participants are set to emerge and then take place in the opening flag ceremony.
The participants will then meet Dana International, before she begins performing “Tel Aviv”. For her performances of “Tel Aviv” and “Diva” she will be joined by multiple Israeli dancers.
Dana International will return again to the stage later on in the Grand Final. In her second appearance she will be joined on stage by the United Kingdom’s commentator and television personality Graham Norton.
Tel Aviv will host the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in the Expo Tel Aviv (International Convention Centre) on May 14, 16 and 18 2019. After receiving bids from several cities across Israel, the final two remaining candidate cities were Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. KAN recommended Tel Aviv to the Reference Group.
