Momentum is building behind Salvador Sobral of Portugal as he tops Google search results across the continent.
On Wednesday we first reported that Google Trends had created a tool that transformed Google Search results into Eurovision results. At the time France was favourite to win scoring 266 points, however since then we’ve had the second semi-final and it is all chance. Portugal now appears to be capturing the public across Europe.
Google has also converted each of the countries searches into points, checkout who gets the 12 points from each country today compared to Wednesday (Wednesdays results are in the brackets):
