A total of four competing artists in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 have been confirmed as attending the Eurovision PreParty Riga on March 25.
This years PreParty is the fourth time that OGAE Latvia has organised the event and this years event is planned to be the biggest event to date. The theme of the 2017 event is the Culture of Ukraine. The event takes place in one weeks time at the Crystal Club.
Hosting this years event is Roberto Meloni who has represented Latvia twice at the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2007 he performed in Helsinki as part of the group Bonoparti.lv, they finished 16th in the final with 54 points. He then returned the following year in Belgrade, Serbia as part of Pirates of the Sea with the song “Wolves of the Sea”, he finished 12th with 83 points, including 12 points from Ireland. Also performing as a guest during the event is Justs who represented Latvia at last years contest in Stockholm, Sweden.
Joining the line up for the event which takes place in one weeks time are Martina Bárta from the Czech Republic and NAVI from Belarus. This is the first time that an artist from the Czech Republic has attended the event in Riga. Last year a total of nine competing artists attended the event in the Latvian Capital, with four competing artists confirmed with one week to go.

- Ruslana – Winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2004 for Ukraine
To date five Eurovision preview events have been announced, the dates and locations of the events are as follows:

- Eurovision in Concert – Melkweg – April 8
- Eurovision Spain Preview Party – Madrid – April 15
- Moscow Eurovision Party – Moscow – April 21
