JESC’16: Where to Watch The Show

Find out where you can watch the 14th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest for Valletta, Malta.

Today it’s the final of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2016 with 17 countries competing for victory in Malta. The show is taking place in at the Mediterranean Conference Centre with a total of 17 countries competing. This year’s show sees Cyprus, Poland and Israel return to the stage while the contest is undergoing a number of changes.

Viewers at home this year will not have the ability to vote in this years contest due to the televote being removed from the contest. The voting from each country will now be made up of an adult jury and a kids jury. These juries will be making up 92% of the voting today. The remaining 8% is decided by an Expert Panel, this panel is made up of music experts and performers. On the Expert Panel are:

• Christer Bjorkman – Head of delegation for Sweden, Producer of Melodifestivalen
• Mads Grimstad – Universal Music Denmark
• Jedward – Represented Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 and 2012
