Tonight Poland selects for Junior Eurovision 2016, while Armenia continues their Eurovision search and San Marino promises a Eurovision surprise.
Poland Junior Eurovision National Final – 17:30 CET:
Today Poland will be selecting their participant for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2017. A total of nine acts will be taking to the stage this evening live from the Polish capital, Warsaw. The nine participants tonight were selected after Poland made an open call for songs for this years contest.
The winner of the selection tonight will be decided by a combination of 50% jury vote and 50% public televote. On the jury are:
- Margaret – Pop star and runner-up in the Polish selection process for Eurovision 2016
- Anny Wyszkoni – Singer, composer and songwriter.
- Marcin Kusy – Journalist and Radio DJ
The nine acts and their songs competing in the selection tonight are:
- Dominika Ptak – Jak kropla
- Julia Chmielarska – Na skrzydłach dni
- Ania Dąbrowska – Fryzurka
- ARFIK – Kocie tango
- Olivia Wieczorek – Nie zapomnij
- Amelia Andryszczyk – Marzenia
- Ula Dorosz – Życie to nie gra
- ASMki – Do końca świata
- WAMWAY – Zróbmy hałas
The show tonight is hosted by Radek Brzózka. The show will also feature a performance by the winner of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015, Destiny Chukunyere from Malta. Watch the show live from 17:30 CET.
Armenia – Depi Evratesil – Show 3 – 20:15 CET:
Tonight a number of young talented Armenian singers will be taking to the stage all hoping to make it through to the next round of Depi Evratesil (To Eurovision). Last week 12 singers made it through to the second round, they were; Sona Dunoyan, Julieta Grigoryan, Lyusin, Gevorg Harutyunyan, Mart’a Kirakosyan, Anna Danielyan, Albert Ghazaryan, Marissan, Aksel Baveyan, Lilit Harutyunyan, Armenuhi Gasparyany and Artur Abgar. All of the singers tonight will be covering a famous song and hoping to impress the judges.
On the judging panel are:
- Anush Arshakyan – Part of the duo Inga & Anush who represented Armenia in 2009 with the song “Jan Jan”.
- Aram MP3 – Finished 4th for Armenia at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Not Alone”.
- Essaï Altounian – Represented Armenia at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, Austria as part of the group Genealogy.
- Hayko – Represented Armenia on their second appearance at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2007.
- Inga Arshakyan – Part of the duo Inga & Anush (Eurovision 2009), she also returned to the contest in 2015 as part of the group Genealogy.
- Iveta Mukuchyan – Represented Armenia at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm, Sweden.

San Marino – Eurovision Surprise – 20:00 CET:
San Marino RTV will be live from 20:00 CET with a special show dedicated to the season of broadcasting on the channel. The national broadcaster of San Marino has said that there will be a Eurovision surprise in the broadcast. After rumors that the country’s song for Eurovision 2017 would be revealed began to surface, the broadcaster stated this would not happen. However San Marino RTV did not counter the rumour that the countries participant for Eurovision 2017 would be revealed.

In Poland, I feel really bad for Jagoda because she pulled out of Poland’s selection for JESC in Valletta. Maybe she couldn’t come up with a suitable entry before then. 🙁
I hope Slovakia, Kazakhstan and Turkey confirm participation.

I do not think you can watch it live on the internet unless you have TVP1 on tv 🙁 . I will try to find a link for though, for you to watch it
Hmm. That’s a hard one to figure out. Maybe you should try watching it on other Eurovision family-related websites that broadcast national selections. However, I’m pretty it’s recommended that people watch it on TVP’s official website. 🙂
