It has been confirmed that the Russian jury is being investigated after video emerged of the jurors marking the songs last night.

The video which was a periscope by one of the jurors clearly shows that one juror has marked down Moldova and Hungary, but marked up The Netherlands. Translations of the comments being made during the video have also appeared online, at one point a juror comments that both themselves and their husband is Armenian and that they’ll vote for Armenia. This may constitute the breaking of the rules stating that jury members must be independent and have no link to the competing songs.

An official announcement will be made by the EBU this afternoon regarding the Russian jury.
