After Ukraine it is off to Slovenia. The country is being represented this year by ManuElla with the song “Blue And Red”.
The results that are being published ahead of the televised broadcast on April 30 will reveal the 1-7 points of the national juries of each countries, during the televised broadcast the 8, 10 and 12 points from each jury will be announced.
On the Eurojury for Slovenia is Martina Majerle who represented Slovenia at Eurovision 2009, she has also been a backing vocalist for Croatia and Montenegro at Eurovision. Martina was not allowed to vote for Croatia due to her involvement with the song this year.

- Belarus – 1 point
- Romania – 2 points
- Israel – 3 points
- Serbia – 4 points
- Armenia – 5 points
- Cyprus – 6 points
- Netherlands – 7 points
The top five is as follows:
- Spain – 47 points
- Cyprus – 46 points
- Australia – 46 points
- Belgium – 45 points
- Russia – 45 points
