According to the website dn.se, there will be ‘singing tunnels’ that will be installed in five tunnels throughout the Stockholm city centre. As drivers pass through these tunnels, they will hear Loreen’s “Euphoria” and Måns Zelmerlöw’s “Heroes”. You can hear these Eurovision winners within the following tunnels:
- Gullmarsplan Norra
- Bredäng Centrum
- Londonviadukten
- Under Kirunaplan i Vällingby C
- Brunkebergstunneln
Around the Royal Garden area too, Head of Traffic Office Henrik Axelsson explains that instead of traffic lights “clicking” while the red and green men appear at pedestrian crossings, “Euphoria” and “Heroes” will be played while pedestrians wait to cross the road. They are encouraging visitors to have a multi-sensory experience when they visit the capital for the Eurovision Song Contest during Eurovision week 9th-14th May.
