ESC’16: Semi Final Running Order Announced

The running order for the two semi finals at the 61st Eurovision Song Contest has been announced this morning.

The running order since 2013 has been decided by the producers of the show and is agreed upon by the EBU. Christer Björkman the Producer of Eurovision 2016 said that:

My goal is to give every song maximum space so it’s surrounded by other songs that make it stand out and shine for three minutes.This also reduces the anxiety surrounding where a country is placed in the running order. Wherever the artist is singing they have a chance to be noticed.
