MTVA has revealed the line up for the first heat of A Dal as well as new voting procedures for the coming selection process.
Changes have been made to aspects of the A Dal selection for 2016 including the movement of the green room next to the stage. Furthermore the audience will now be able to vote via the A Dal app during the performances, the app allows the user to allocate 1-10 points to each performance. Furthermore online voting will take place on the A Dal website, most importantly voting online and using the app is free.
A total of 10 artists will be taking to the stage on January 27th to compete for 6 places in the latter stages of the competition, they are:

- Freddie – Pioneer
- Fatima Mohamed – Ott leszek
- Mushu – Uncle Tom
- Odett – Stardust
- Reni Tolvai – Fire
- Jázmin Török – Power Of Love
- Petra Veres Kovács – Singing Peace
