It has just been announced that the Opening Ceremony for Junior Eurovision 2015 will not be taking place tomorrow.
BNT the host broadcaster has confirmed that it will not be holding the Opening Ceremony tomorrow in Sofia, Bulgaria. Bulgaria is observing three days of mourning following the tragic terrorist attacks that took place yesterday in Paris, France, BNT by law is not allowed to broadcast any entertainment shows during this period.
The General Director of BNT, Viara Ankova said that:
The Bulgarian national television expresses its deep condolences and support in this hard moment for the people of France. Love and tolerance between people are the values the Eurovision Song Contest is based on. These are also the values which unite all public broadcasters in Europe.
The running order draw will still be taking place tomorrow however it is not being held at the previously announced venue. The draw will now take place behind closed doors with just the delegations present, no members of the media will be allowed access to the event.

The opening ceremony is not cancelled, it will just take place later in the week.
Ok…The actual contest is on the 21st, so the opening ceremony will occur earlier that day, right?
The date has not been announced for the opening ceremony. BNT by law is not allowed to broadcast entertainment shows now until Tuesday, so it will most likely be held Tuesday or Wednesday.
