RTCG of Montenegro has provisionally confirmed their participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016.
Montenegro brings the number of countries provisionally confirmed up to 40 which is equal to the number of countries that competed in Vienna this year. Montenegro has until October 10 to make a final decision on whether they will participate in the competition in Stockholm. Montenegro has heavily delayed their participation decision due to ongoing appeal against the disqualification of the Montenegrin jury at this years competition.
