The Dutch Eurovision rumour mill is in full swing, yesterday it was reported that Douwe Bob was a likely candidate to represent the Netherlands, however family members have now denied that.
According to RTVNH a family member of the singer Douwe Bob has said that the singer would not participate in the Eurovision Song Contest as he does not like “all the fuss”. Douwe Bob rose to fame in the Netherlands after winning “De beste singer-songwriter van Nederland” in 2012, since then he has gone on to release two albums the latest of which was a collaboration with the 2013 Eurovision participant Anouk.
It was reported last week that Dotan was one of the favourites to represent the Netherlands at next years competition in Stockholm.
