Hunan Television are wanting to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest in the future, according to Chinese press reports.
The China Daily has reported that Hunan Television the second largest channel in China are wanting the winner of Season 4 of “I’m A Singer” to represent them next year. Hong Tao, Director of China’s song contest “I’m A Singer”, together with the musical supervisor of the program Liang Qiaobo and music industry specialist Wu Zhoutong is currently working in Vienna’s Eurovillage. While Hunan Television has two commentators on site in Vienna.

Hunan TV is not even an associated partner of the EBU like Australia’s SBS One… Think this won’t work.
I hope that China may NOT participate… Than it isn’t a EUROvision Song Contest anymore…
It was already not a EUROvsion since Cyprus and Armenia join although none part of Europe. I also don’t want to see China who is a killer on contest
