BTRC the Belarussian national broadcaster has this morning opened the window for submissions for Junior Eurovision 2015.
Submissions are open from today until June 15th, the participants in the national final will then be announced no later than July 1st. The national final will be made up of between 7 and 10 singers and will take place no later than September 15th, with the winner being selected by a televote and jury vote.
The rules for taking part are as follows:
- Singers must be at least 10 years old and no older than 15 on the date of Junior Eurovision, November 21st.
- You must have lived in Belarus for at least 2 and a half years.
- The participants must be the author of the text, music or arrangement of the songs.
- The song must be sung in either Russian or Belarussian and have not been released before May 1st, 2015.
