According to the Spanish website DetrasDeLaTele Spain will be selecting their participant for Eurovision 2015 internally. They have said that the Spanish broadcaster RTVE will announce their participant in the coming days.
Last year Spain held their first open Eurovision selection since 2011 when Lucia Perez was chosen to represent Spain in Dusseldorf. In 2012 Pastora Soler was selected internally to represent them in Spain, while in 2013 ESDM were sent to Malmo, where they finished in second to last place.

I don’t know if those rumors are true because the source of these news is not the most relaible one. If Vertele.com (in my opinion the most reliable spanish TV source) doesn’t give more information, I won’t believe anything.
