The 10th Bundesvision Song Contest takes place this Saturday from 20:15 CET on Pro Sieben. The contest which sees the Bundesland of Germany competing against one another in a Eurovision style contest is this year being held in Gottingen, Lower Saxony. With just a couple of days to go here is a quick update on all the news:
- Max Mutzke who represented Germany at Eurovision 2004, has released a promotional video for his participation as the entrant for Baden-Wurtermburg. You can watch the video in full here, his song “Charlotte” has not yet been released.
- Berlin’s entrant Miss Platnum has released the official music video for her song “Hüftgold” which can be watched here.
- Nico Suave feat Flo Mega who are representing Hamburg at this years contest have released the official music video for their entry “Gedicht” which means “Poem”. You can watch the video here.
- Mecklenburg-Vorpommern who came last in the 2013 have released the official video for their entry. The song “Mein Rostock” will represent the Bundesland in Lower Saxony and is sung by Materia, the video has already been seen in just 5 days by over 300,000 people. You can watch the video here.
- Jupiter Jones who are representing Rhineland-Palatinate have released their music video for “Plötzlich hält die Welt an” (When the world stops turning), the video can be watched here.
- Saxony-Anhalt’s participant Jessy has also released his official music video for “Keine Rosen”. The Bundesland’s best result came in 2010 when they finished in second place with Silly and “Alles Rot”. The video can be watched here.
