Jon Ola Sand has revealed on Twitter that there was just 3 points between 10th and 12th place. Last night saw the shock qualification of Iceland and San Marino, while Estonia and Belgium dropped out in the semi final. Jon Ola has said that it proves clearly that every vote counts when it comes to the public vote.
The last time 3 points covered 10th to 12th was back in 2012 when Norway qualified on 45 points, while Croatia came 12th with 42 points.
