RTVE have announced the names of the five acts that will take part in the Spanish national final for Eurovision. It is the first time since 2011 that Spain will have a selection involving multiple artists.
The acts that have been announced are:
- Ruth Lorenzo – Dancing In The Rain
- Brequette Shane – Mas – Run
- Jorge González – Aunque se acabe el mundo
- Raúl – Seguir sin ti
- La Dama – Estrella Fugaz
Ruth Lorenzo has been hotly tipped as the Spanish Eurovision entrant for the past couple of months, despite being relatively unknown within Spain. While both Jorge González and Raúl, have previously tried to represent Spain at Eurovision before.

Berbequettes Song más(run) is composed by THOMAS G:SON. This seems to be interesting. But still my favorite is Ruth! The other three: Jorge is the worst Raúl the Same and la dama seems to be another mistery. But Melendi will help his wife so it’s very interested. I was afraid when they started with Rumours of NF a la Federico Llano ft. Toñi like with Lucia Perez,Chiki-Chiki (worst entry ever!) and Soraya with Roser (she can’t sing!) Melody or Maria Isabel. But now I Must say that it,s famtastic! Good singers like Brequette and Ruth with good voices,Not a Web selection and good composers who have written for Loreen,David Guetta etc.
