TVR have begun a countdown on their Eurovision page, to when they will reveal details on the 2014 contest. The webpage is TVR’s counting down to midnight between Sunday 12 and Monday 13 January. It is thought that this is when they will reveal more about Romania in the contest.
There have been strong messages from a number of artists that they want to represent Romania at the contest, the biggest names being Paula & Ovi who represent Romania in 2010, finishing in 3rd place. In recent days Stefan Stan has revealed a snippet of the song he wants to go to Eurovision with, while Krystal Mills has announced she is dueting with a Romanian artist in a pre-selection.
