The Court of Appeal in Moldova have confirmed that the results of the Junior Eurovision national final meaning that Rafael will be in Kiev. On November 8th a ruling was made by a Moldova court that suspended the results of the national due to Vasile Morosanu one of the teachers of the participants being not happy with how the national final was won.
The ruling brings to an end a tense 2 weeks in Moldova and for the organisers of the contest who had been waiting for news about the court ruling.
