PBS Television of Malta have confirmed this evening that they will be returning to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest after a four year break. The decision for Malta to return comes as a slight surprise however there were rumors of their return to the contest over the summer. PBS has also expressed interest in hosting the 2014 contest.
The artist that will represent Malta has also be announced as Gaia Cauci who is a student of La Voix Academy. The last artist to represent Malta at Eurovision was Nicole Azzopardi with “Knock Knock!… Boom Boom” who finished 2nd last with 35 points, you can watch her performance below:
