ARMTV of Armenia have confirmed that they are taking part in the 2013 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. They have opened their selection up until the 30th of June for all of those wishing to take part in the Armenian national selection. The last time Junior Eurovision was in Kiev, Armenia finished 2nd with the song “Barcelona”.
