- 12 points – Denmark
- 10 points – Germany
- 8 points – The Netherlands
- 7 points – Italy
- 6 points – Switzerland
- 5 points – San Marino
- 4 points – Israel
- 3 points – Montenegro
- 2 points – Norway
- 1 point – Finland
That leaves the top. 5 as:
- Denmark – 116 points
- Norway – 75 points
- San Marino – 75 points
- Germany – 58 points
- United Kingdom – 52 points
