The EBU has announced today that a kids jury will make up the 13th vote. The jury will be made up of 12 kids, 1 from each of the competing nations and will use the normal Eurovision method of voting. However they will not announce their vote during the national vote, their vote will be announced during the interval. The EBU also confirmed that each country will start with 12 points as per normal.
