The Swiss are known for starting off the Eurovision National Selection season and this year is no different. The Swiss National Final will be held on the 15th of December however there are some changes to โDie grosse Entscheidungs Showโ.
For those interested in taking part in Eurovision you can upload your entries to the SF Eurovision Platform from the 1st of September. This year in a change to 2012 a total of 4 songs will be chosen to go through to the live final by a public vote and an expert jury. The date by which entries must be submitted is the 1st of October at 18:00.
As per usual RTS will be sending 2 songs to the National Final and RSI will be entering 3 songs. They have yet to announce a call of entries.
