BNT of Bulgaria have confirmed participation in Sweden in 2013. Bulgaria had their best result in years this year when they came 11th with 45 points in the Semi Final. Sofi Marinova said that she would love to represent Bulgaria again and possibly even come back next year. Bulgaria are the 17th country to officially confirm participation.
