The assitant comissioing editor for factual programming for RTE has announced that Ireland will be taking part in the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest. He also said that a potential change of approach to the contest will be discussed in the next few weeks. Ireland is one of a number of countries to confirm participation in Sweden.
