The EBU today announced in Baku this morning the dates of the contest next year, the dates will change from this year. They will now be:
- 14/05/2013 – Semi Final One
- 16/05/2013 – Semi Final Two
- 18/05/2013 – Grand Final
The EBU said in the press conference that they expect the contest to be held in smaller venues in the future due to the cost of the event. They also said that they were happy with the increasing popularity of the contest on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
