- Ireland
- Israel
- Latvia
- Moldova
- Montenegro
- Romania
- Russia
- San Marino
- Spain
- Switzerland
Albania are taking part in this semi final however their broadcast will be delayed due to a bus crash in the country, this means that they will use their jury vote only.
Depending on your country you are able to vote by either telephone or by text message. The voting window tonight opens after all 18 songs have been performed.
