RTL the Luxembourgish Broadcaseter has announced to esctoday that they will not take part in Baku. This means that they have not participated since 1993, they are now on their 19th year of absence from the contest oen of the long runs in the history of the contest. We will all continue to wonder if Luxembourg will ever return to the contest.
