The dates for the semi-fianl allocation draw have been revealed as the 25th and 26th of January. This will happen after the full list of participating nations have been revealed by the EBU. Also the reference group made up of members from France, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Azerbaijan will go to Baku to see the city and the progress being made in preperation for the contest in May.
