Belgium Choses JESC 2011 Act Tonight

With thefinal just hours away live from Belgium on VRT we bring have everything youneed to know about tonight. The selection it โ€˜self is called Junior Eurosongand voting is done by 50% public televote and 50% professional jury like all ofthe contests now.
