The Norwegian Broadcaster has announced today that it will participate in the 2012 contest, they have also announced that their search is up and running. Everyone is welcome to send in a song, and NRK especially encourages Norwegian citizens to do so, but foreign composers are just as welcome. The deadline to submit the songs is the 2nd of September, and after that a special jury will select the 21 songs which will proceed to the national final.
