San Marino RTV will air a documentary series fronted by Senhit, ‘Pop Road to Eurovision‘, ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna.
Pop Road to Eurovision will see Senhit visit eight countries to explore those countries with past Eurovision Song Contest participants. Senhit, who will represent San Marino at Eurovision 2026, will host the show, which was filmed prior to the singer winning the Sammarinese selection for Eurovision 2026. The show will air on San Marino RTV at 20:15 from April 28 to May and May 5 to 8.
Already known to be featured in the show are Megara who represented San Marino at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö, Sweden. At the time the clip of Megara filming led to speculation they were going to try and represent San Marino at Eurovision again, which the group had to deny.
Senhit feat. Boy George will represent San Marino at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 with the song “Superstar” featuring Boy George. San Marino are drawn to perform in the second half of Semi-Final One on May 12.

San Marino debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2008 alongside Azerbaijan. Miodio represented San Marino on their debut with the song “Complice”, and finished last in their semi-final with just 5 points. San Marino withdrew from the contest before returning again in 2011. Since then, the country has participated annually. San Marino first qualified for the final in 2014 and has gone on to qualify for the final on three further occasions, most recently in 2025.
