Tonight Norway and Lithuania continue their Eurovision 2022 selections with semi-finals and heats from 20:00 CET.
19:50 CET – Norway – Melodi Grand Prix – Semi-Final Two
Melodi Grand Prix continues this evening as Norway searches for their entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin, Italy.
This evening will see four participants compete for a place in the Grand Final, while one pre-qualified artist will perform their entry. The two duels are:
- Lilly Löwe – “Bad Baby” vs. Steffen Jakobsen – “With Me Tonight”
- Farida – “Dangerous” vs Daniel Lukas – “Kvelertak” (Suffocating)
The winner of each duel will move on to a final gold duel. The winner of the gold duel will progress to the Grand Final. Voting will take place via the NRK website, with voters able to vote up to three teams in each voting round.
During each show leading up to the final, one of the pre-qualified finalists will perform their entry live for the first time. Christian Ingebrigtsen will be performing “Wonder of the World”.

20:00 CET – Lithuania – Pabandom is naujo! 2022 – Heat Three
Lithuania’s search for their Eurovision 2022 representative continues this evening with the third of six weeks of shows. Twelve acts will be competing in the third heat of Pabandom iš naujo! 2022 for a place in the semi-finals.
The running order is as follows:
- Gebrasy – Into Your Arms
- Mėnulio fazė – Give Me a Sign
- Lolita Zero – Not Your Mother
- Monika Liu – Sentimental
- Rūta Loop – Call Me From the Cold
- Basas Pegasas – Ponai
- Vilija – Šimtas ir vienas
- Vasha – Nepaleidi
- Emilija Valiukevičiūtė – Overload
- Geleibra – Aš jaučiu tave
- Gintarė Korsakaitė – Fantasy Eyes
- Živilė Gedvilaitė – Lioness
A total of six acts will qualify from this evening’s show for the next round. The qualifiers will be determined by 50% televoting and 50% jury voting. For the first time, the jurors will not be revealed, with the results being announced at the end of the show to ensure it doesn’t influence the public vote.
Giedrius Masalskis, Ieva Stasiulevičiūtė, and Richardas Jonaitis will host this year’s edition of Pabandom Iš Naujo. All three of this year’s hosts have experience working in radio and television. Giedrius hosted the previous Lithuanian selection Eurovizijos Atranka, while Ieva returns to host Pabandom iš Naujo for the second year in a row.
