Sara James has revealed the four dancers that will be joining her on stage at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021.
The Polish performance at the 19th Junior Eurovision Song Contest is set to feature four dancers. Sara James posted on social media the first image of all four dancers ahead of her participation in the contest next week in Paris.
Three of the dancers are from the Egurrola Dance Studio. The studio has provided dancers when Poland hosted Junior Eurovision in 2019 and 2020. In 2020 dancers from the studio performed as part of the Polish entry. Also on stage in Paris will be Amelia Otremba, she won a place in the performance earlier this year as part of You Can Dance – Nowa Generacja.
The Polish performance is one of a number this year that look set to feature dancers on stage. Spain, Germany and Georgia are among the countries to have revealed part of their performance plans for the contest.
Who is Sara James?
Sara James is twelve years old and comes from a musical family in Ośno Lubuskie in western Poland. She started learning to play the piano at six years old and has been singing at the Słubice Municipal Cultural Center for the last four years. The singer won the most recent edition of The Voice Kids Poland.
Sara was chosen to represent Poland at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 after her victory at Szansa na Sukces: Eurowizja Junior 2021. Sara James released her first album on December 3, ahead of her participation at this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Poland participated in the first Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2003. After two consecutive last-place finishes, they withdrew from the contest and did not return until 2016. From there on, Poland’s fortunes in the contest reversed resulting in Roksana Węgiel winning in 2018 with “Anyone I Want to Be”. In 2019, the contest was hosted in the Polish city of Gliwice. Viki Gabor won on home ground with “Superhero”, giving Poland a second consecutive victory.
