Today is the last day for songs to be submitted into the Lithuanian Eurovision selection Pabandom iš naujo.
Song submissions for Pabandom iš naujo close today as LRT looks for Lithuania’s next Eurovision representative. Up to thirty-six participants will be selected from the submissions received to compete to represent Lithuania in Turin, full rules can be found here.
LRT has introduced a new innovation to increase the quality of the performances across the board regardless of the artists background. Up to 54,000 Euros will be split across the participating acts to be used on producing their entry and staging their performance in the selection.
Pabandom iš naujo will commence in early January, with dates to be announced at a later date. Depending on the number of participants up to six shows will be held, three heats, two semi-finals, and a Grand Final. It is not yet known if an audience will be permitted at the recordings.
