Amelia Otremba will join Sara James on stage at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Paris, France.
In the most recent episode of You Can Dance – Nowa Generacja, young dancers competed for the chance to perform at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021. Amelia Otremba was selected by the jury of You Can Dance, Sara James and Edyta Herbuś winner of the Eurovision Dance Contest in 2008.
Amelia will join three dancers selected by Agustina Egurrola to perform as part of the Polish entry for Junior Eurovision 2021. Sara James performed her song “Somebody” as part of the show, you can watch her performance below:
Who is Sara James?
Sara James is twelve years old and comes from a musical family in Ośno Lubuskie in western Poland. She started learning to play the piano at six years old and has been singing at the Słubice Municipal Cultural Center for the last four years. The singer won the most recent edition of The Voice Kids Poland.
Sara was chosen to represent Poland at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 after her victory at Szansa na Sukces: Eurowizja Junior 2021.

Poland participated in the first Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2003. After two consecutive last-place finishes, they withdrew from the contest and did not return until 2016. From there on, Poland’s fortunes in the contest reversed resulting in Roksana Węgiel winning in 2018 with “Anyone I Want to Be”. In 2019, the contest was hosted in the Polish city of Gliwice. Viki Gabor won on home ground with “Superhero”, giving Poland a second consecutive victory.
