The twelve songs that will compete in the final of the Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 have been released this evening.
TVM has this evening released the twelve songs that will compete on October 16 to represent Malta at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021. You can watch the music videos for all of the entries here. The twelve finalists are:

- Amelia Kalabic – Dear World
- Rih & Bri – Drops like fire
- Kylie Milcallef – Keep Your Drama
- Ella Tohamy – Limitless
- Marija Djinovic – Magic
- Emma Briffa – My Angels Calling
- Ike Mizzie & Kaya Gouder Curmi – My Home
- Yulan Law – On My Way
- Myca, Kylie & Denzel Jo – Running Free
- Maria Curmi – Wild and Free
The winner of the Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 will be determined by 50% public vote and 50% jury voting. Malta finished 8th at the 2020 contest with Chanel Monseigneur and her song “Chasing Sunset” which scored 100 points.

Malta debuted in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2003 and has gone on to win the contest twice. In 2013 on their return to the competition in Kyiv, Gaia Cauchi won the competition with “The Start”, she was the first winner of a Eurovision event for Malta. In 2015 Destiny Chukunyere took victory in Sofia, Bulgaria with the song “Not My Soul”. Malta finished last at the 2005 contest in Belgium and the 2019 edition in Poland.
