This week has seen Stefania record the five songs that she hopes to take to the Eurovision Song Contest 2021.
Eurovision Fun reports that Stefania has now completed recording five potential songs for the Eurovision Song Contest 2021. The Dream Team is continuing to work on the demo’s to build the backing track and styles of each song.
According to the report both Stefania and the Dream Team have a clear favourite song that they want to see in 2021. It is not yet known if ERT will internally select the song that will compete at Eurovision or opt to organise a televised selection as was seen for the 2017 contest in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Stefania was to represent Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 with her song “Superg!rl”. Shortly after the contests cancellation was announced ERT revealed that Stefania would be representing Greece on the contests stage in 2021.

Greece debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974, when they were represented by Marinella and the song “Krasi, thalassa kai t’agori mou” which finished in 11th place with 7 points. Three years later Greece earned their first top 5 finish with Paschalis, Marianna, Robert and Bessy who finished in 5th place with “Mathima solfege”. In 2001 Greece achieved their first top 3 result with Antique and the song “I Would Die For You”. The song became a European hit, and charted across the continent. In 2005 Helena Paparizou returned to the Eurovision stage as a solo artist and brought Greece their first, and to date only, victory. Her song “My Number One” won with 230 points, beating runners-up Malta by 38 points.
